TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By entering the “ULTIMATE LUXURY WINTER GETAWAY”, The Good House competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

1. STANDARD TERMS 

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 

1.2 By entering the competition, you’re agreeing to share your details including first name, last name and email address with The Good House. 

1.3 These third parties may use your email address in marketing communications.

1.4 You have the right to opt out of communications from The Good House and any of the third parties at any time. 

2. WHO CAN ENTER? 

2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who agree to the terms and conditions of entry. 

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on 30th May 2024 and concludes on 23rd June 2024.

3.2 In order to enter, entrants must fill out the entry form on https://www.thegoodhouse.au/competitionentry and agree to the terms and conditions of entry. 

3.3 There is only one entry allowed per person.

3.4 Entries must be received by 23rd June 2024. 

4. PRIZES 

4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive one prize package, as set out below. 

4.2 The prize consists of: 

• 3 nights accommodation to be taken before 27th September 2024.

4.3 The winner will be chosen by random draw and notified by email on 26th June 2024. 

5. HOW TO WIN 

5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received, chosen on 26th June 2024. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2. 

5.2 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
